Liver Cake
Ingredients
1/2lb liver (Ox’s liver is cheapest)
6 tablespoons (slightly heaped) plain flour
6 tablespoons milk
1 egg
Garlic seasoning (the most important ingredient – plenty of it!) or 1 garlic clove

Preheat oven to 180c.
Thoroughly liquidize liver and add remaining ingredients. Liquidize again to a smooth consistency.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured sandwich tin and bake for approx. 13 minutes.
Allow to cool briefly and turn out onto a cooling tray.
Cut into pieces as required and store in fridge or freeze any surplus.
